📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3 business days for customized or personalized items, as these are made to order with special attention to detail.

Shipping timeframes do not include carrier transit time. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery time will depend on USPS schedules and routes.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to valid U.S. ZIP codes only. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to follow your package’s progress.

If you encounter any delivery delays or issues after USPS has accepted your package, please contact your local post office directly for the most accurate tracking information.

🔄 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All sales are final, except in the case of a defective item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact DKG Creations within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.

In the case of a verified defective item:

• The seller will cover the return shipping cost if returned in original packaging.

• A replacement item will be shipped at no additional charge once the returned item has been received and reviewed.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout and will be processed once the defective item is received and reviewed.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

• No cancellations can be accepted once an order is placed.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
